This site is dedicated to my concepts for General Motors cars.
The main purpose of this site is for my ressurections of old musclecars no longer in production, But some of them are
redesigns of familiar friends, and even more still are concepts that I have done for regular GM cars.
Y-Bodies:
The Corvette- I call it the Stingray, this is the Entry-level Corvette;
the C6 equivalent to the current LS1 Corvette Coupe and Convertible.
Followed by the ZL1 Corvette, the Z06 replacement. I guarantee everyone will love the
picture whether you like Corvettes or not.
And last, but definetly not least, the C6R. The C5R's replacement. there are no specs
as of yet, because I am not familiar with Le Mans' Rules. But as soon as I familiarize myself with them, you can bet I'll milk
'em for all they're worth. :D
Cadillac XLR- The Corvette's platform-mate. I have included the great
car in the mix with the (facelifted) XLR-V-series, packing a 400+hp Cadillac Northstar XV12.
F-Bodies- The next generation Camaro/Firebird. Overall design
is inspired by the 1970 1/2-1973 F-Bodies. Also, the Chevrolet Nova, which satisfies the needs for an entry-level F-body with
a full roofline and plenty of backseat space to boot.
"Beta"- In this section, I have my retro design of the GTO, and a Chevelle, both based off of the same platform, just like
back in the day. They also take cues mainly from the 1970-1972 Chevelles And Goats. Both will be based off of a slightly shortened
version of the platform shared with the...
"Alpha"- See, If I were running the show at GM, I'd keep the Bonny.
It would still run along side the Impala, but both cars would be going with my drivetrain philosophy of V8-RWD! Being that
these are, after all, full-size family cars, they will come with automatic transmissions. The Impala and Bonneville are both
here and are now pounding the pavement around this site!
Delta Platform- These are the new compacts that have replaced
the Chevrolet Cavalier and for Canada, the Pontiac Sunfire, too (the Sunfire is still sold in the US as of yet.). The new
Chevy is called Cobalt (and the real thing rocks. Trust me, I have one), and the new Pontiac is dubbed Pursuit. There
is also a Saturn Ion, which not ever one likes the looks of, so I took it upon myself to beautify a rather homely little car.
Check out the ION RedLine QC.
Epsilon Platform- these are Lower-midsize front-wheel-drive coupes,
convertibles, sedans, and wagons.
Kappa Platform-These are some pretty cool 2-place roadsters,
like the Pontiac Solstice, Saturn SKY, Buick Bengal, and the Chevy Bel Air.
Sigma Platform sedans- Upper-mid sedans and wagons (Plus a couple
2-door CTS variants).
Zeta Platform coupes- Midsize personal luxo-sport coupes
like the Chevrolet Monte Carlo, and the Buick Grand National.
MERWD Platform- Niche roadsters, like the Pontiac Fiero and Chevy
Corvair. Purely pie-in-the-sky, but who wouldn't wanna see a new Corvie or Fiero...I mean, besides Nader...
Tribute to Oldsmobile- In accordance with the design project at
http://www.cheersandgears.com to rebuild the Oldsmobile brand, I have made several Olds concepts. Right now, we have the "Beta-platformed"
Hurst/Olds Cutlass 4-4-2, the Epsilon-based Alero and Toronado, and the Sigma Based Intrigue and REO Speedwagon.
COMING SOON: Keep a look out, folks. Some of the cars
on this site are getting redesigned, and some are getting brand-brand-new pictures drawn of them. Keep an eye out for redesigns
of the Chevelle, Cobalt, and GNX; along with new pictures of the Firebird, Bonneville, GTO, Pursuit (or LeMans), H/O 4-4-2,
and Toronado. Also don't forget new models in the works, plus...trucks?
UPDATES!: More Camaro pics are up in the F-Body section, as well as a rear shot of the GTO in the Beta section.
